Saute onion and margarine.
CORN CASSEROLE
1. In a medium-sized bowl place cut corn. Add can of cream-style corn and mix together well. To corn mixture add milk, beaten eggs, salt and pepper. Stir until thoroughly blended.
CREAMED CUKE SALAD
Mix cucumbers and onions. In a separate bowl, mix sauce ingredients. Pour sauce over onions and cucumbers and mix GRILLED POTATOES
In a large sheet of tinfoil I slice the potatoes (garden fresh are the best!) and then I put butter on top and whatever else you would like on the list too. I usually add some American Cheese. Then grill about 15 minutes longer than your steak. So you need this on first LAYERED VEGETABLE SALAD
Line bottom of 9 x 13 cake pan with layer of lettuce, then put remaining ingredients layered on top. Spread dressing as you would icing. I sometimes use a little more. Sprinkle with sugar and top with bacon (can use 1/2 cup bacon bits). It will keep in refrigerator 3-4 days. Can be garnished with tomatoes, black or green olives and slices of hard-boiled eggs PARTY POTATOES10 pounds potato 2 cups sour cream 12 ounces cream cheese 4 teaspoons onion salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/4 cup butter Boil and mash potatoes. Before mashing, add cream cheese, sour cream, butter, onion salt, and pepper. Refrigerate or Freeze. Reheat in crock-pot when needed. |

Cut up cooked potatoes.
Boil eggs: bring to a boil, shut off and let sit covered for 20 min. no more. Cover with cold water and peel.
Pour dressing over to

Heat milk and corn. (use microwave) when hot, add beaten egg and cracker crumbs slowly (stir). Put cracker crumbs and butter on top. Bake until light golden brown on top.

Boil the peeled sweet potatoes until tender, and then mash. Add the butter into the potatoes. Add the eggs and beat vigorously. Then add milk, brown sugar and vanilla. If you wish miniature marshmallows and chopped pecans may be mixed in. Place in a casserole, cover top with pineapple rings and cherries and sprinkle brown sugar over top. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes a large casserole
